Terms of Service

By accessing or using AutoHomi ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and AutoHomi. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice.

AutoHomi is a subscription software service that helps homeowners and vehicle owners track maintenance schedules, receive timely reminders, and manage service history across properties and vehicles. The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to availability.

You must create an account to use AutoHomi. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at autohomi@polsia.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

AutoHomi is a paid subscription service. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel.

• Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues through the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds are issued for partial periods.
• Price changes:We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before it applies to your subscription.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend your account until the outstanding balance is settled.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Service data without prior written consent.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AutoHomi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of the property and vehicle data you enter into the Service. By providing that data, you grant us a limited license to use it to operate and improve the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Maintenance reminders provided by the Service are for informational purposes only. AutoHomi is not a licensed contractor, mechanic, or professional service provider. Always consult qualified professionals for maintenance and repair work.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOHOMI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Service. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as a class action.
